Während Ihres Events bemalen und gestalten Ihre Mitarbeiter unter Anleitung der Künstlers die Einzelteile. Die überraschende Präsentation erfolgt nach dem geheimen Aufbau noch am selben Abend. Dabei wird auf die Bedeutung einzelner Symbole und Begriffe für das Unternehmen und seine Identität eingegangen.

 

Beim Schwarmgedanken geht es darum, dass jeder Mitarbeiter seine Wunschwelten, Gedanken und Emotionen zur gemeinsamen Identität in einem assoziativen Begriff oder Symbol ausdrückt und verewigt.

Aus der Vielzahl dieser individuellen Gestaltungen entsteht das Kunstwerk, dass sowohl rational assoziativ als auch emotional die Identität Ihres Unternehmens aus Sicht Ihrer Mitarbeiter wiedergibt.

 

Später sollte dieses Werk seinen Platz in Ihrem Gebäude bekommen; hohe Eingangshallen und mehrstöckige Treppenatrien eignen sich besonders für den Schwarm als frei gehängte Installation (siehe links).

SUPERSWARMSENSATION 

During the event your employees will create their part of the later team art work. The artist and his animation team will coach the participants while everyone designs his very own individual metal fish (or bird, insect or abstract form). 
 

The subjects of the artistic discussion are the individual sentiments and ideas of each participant about his own identity as part of the corporate identity what is to be expressed in symbols, analogies or a single term.
 

All the individually painted parts are composed in a 3dimensional construction to form the swarm, shoal or flock (see photo left) symbolizing how all individuals together form the identity of the company. 
 

The big mobile artwork is an breathtaking object of fascinating beauty and simplicity showing the respect of the company for the individuals that form her.

Swarms, shoals and flocks are natural phenomena. Insects, fish or birds are swarming to protect each other and to move faster. 

While moving the animals communicate with secret senses that as a metaphor can be compared to human intuition. 

Like any corporation, too, swarms develop their very own style of movement creating a beauty of community which is to be manifested in the artwork. As a symbol swarms, shoals and flocks stand for strength, agility, mobility, togetherness, safety und importance in its total size.

El Banco También se producirá una obra de arte, creada por sus empleados durante el evento. Serán instruidos por nuestros artistas y su equipo. Pintarán los peces previamente preparados y se les permitirá la creación individual de cada pez que luego serán montados a la obra de arte „The Swarm“. La taréa artística principal de este acto trata sobre todo que cada participante exprese sus sueños, pensamientos y emociones para lograr así un concepto asociativo y una identidad en común asi como también la inmortilazación de su pez por medio de las herramientas artísticas: pinceles y acrílico. Por motivo de esta cantidad multiple de creaciones individuales y por la gran colaboración de los empleados, nace una gran obra de arte que se relaciona y asocia emocionalmente llegando asi en reflejar la identidad de la empresa. El montaje se realizará en secreto, asi que la presentación será una sorpresa el mismo día del evento. The Swarm será colocado tal como se ve en la sala de fiesta para la presentación e interpretación de su gerente junto con los artistas. Se explicarán entonces los símbolos y su significado y la identidad de la misma para la empresa. The Swarm es un fenómeno natural. Los peces (tanto como los pájaros e insectos) se forman en bancos (grupos) para protegerse mutualmente contra los peligros exteriores y para viajar juntos con más seguridad y más velocidad. Mientras tanto, se comunican permanentemente sobre el modo y la dirección del movimiento en común, muchas veces aprovechándose de algunos órganos del sentido que todavía no son completamente explorados. Como la empresa, cada banco (grupo) desarollará su propio modo de comportamiento de dinámica que sobrepasa los movimientos individuales. Así se produce una belleza muy especial, un movimiento danzante, al que se refiere en esta obra artística. The Swarm como símbolo significa unidad, fuerza, mobilidad, protección mutua y grandeza total.
